Katelyn E. Bryant is a corporate associate in the Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group and collaborates with the firm’s Data Strategy & Security practice group.

Ms. Bryant joined Debevoise in 2021. Ms. Bryant received her J.D. magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021, where she was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. She received her B.A. from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, in 2018.

Ms. Bryant is the author of “Bringing Down the Deal: Reevaluating the Delaware MAE Standard after Akorn v. Fresenius,” 51 Seton Hall Law Review 815 (2021).”
