Katherine Durnan Taylor is a partner in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies, including private equity firms, in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other significant corporate matters across a broad range of industries.

Ms. Taylor joined Debevoise in 2014. She received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, in 2014. She received a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Columbia University in 2011.
