Kimberly Anker is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Commercial Litigation Group.
Ms. Anker joined Debevoise in 2022. From 2024 to 2025, she clerked for the Hon. Diane Gujarati of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Ms. Anker received a J.D. cum laude from Boston College Law School in 2022, where she served as an executive articles editor for the Boston College Law Review. Ms. Anker received a B.A. from Colby College in 2017.
Ms. Anker is the author of Best Frenemies: Evaluating the Dual Jurisdiction of the Federal Antitrust Agencies, 63 Boston College Law Review 255 (2022).
