Louis Akra is a tax associate and a member of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group.
Mr. Akra joined Debevoise in 2024. He received a J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2024. He received a B.A. from Florida Atlantic University magna cum laude in 2021.
Mr. Akra served as a law clerk for the U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary. He also interned for the Office of Solicitor General Scott Stewart at the Mississippi Attorney General's Office.
Mr. Akra is fluent in Spanish.
