Luke Duggan is an associate in the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group based in London. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes. Mr. Duggan is recommended by The Legal 500 UK (2022), where clients note he is “top-quality: very bright; commercial and efficient.”

Mr. Duggan joined Debevoise in 2017 after completing a Master of Law at the University of Cambridge specialising in commercial law. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate in the Sydney office of an international firm and in 2012 was a Judicial Assistant to the Judge administering the Commercial, Commercial Arbitration, and Technology and Construction Lists in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. He received a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Mr. Duggan was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012 and as a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of Australia in 2013. He has had case notes published in the Australian Law Journal and was engaged as a sub-editor of the United Kingdom Supreme Court Yearbook 2017.
