Luke Duggan is an associate in the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group based in London. His practice focuses on complex commercial disputes.
Mr. Duggan joined Debevoise in 2017 after completing a Master of Law at the University of Cambridge specialising in commercial law. Prior to that he was a Senior Associate in the Sydney office of an international firm and in 2012 was a Judicial Assistant to the Judge administering the Commercial, Commercial Arbitration, and Technology and Construction Lists in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. He received a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Mr. Duggan was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012 and as a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of Australia in 2013. He has had case notes published in the Australian Law Journal and was engaged as a sub-editor of the United Kingdom Supreme Court Yearbook 2017.
