Maïssane Jama is a corporate associate and a member of the Funds/Investment Management Group. She is based in the Paris office.Prior to joining Debevoise in 2023, Ms. Jama spent two years in the Luxembourg office of a Magic Circle firm, where she advised on fund-related regulatory matters as well as funds formation. Ms. Jama received a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2019. She is also a graduate of Fordham Law School where she holds an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law (2018).Ms. Jama is a member of the Paris and New York Bars. She is fluent in French and English.Maïssane Jama est collaboratrice au sein du bureau de Paris et membre du groupe Fonds d’investissement.Avant de rejoindre Debevoise en 2023, Mme Jama a été collaboratrice pendant deux ans au sein d'un cabinet du Magic Circle où elle a conseillé des gestionnaires d'actifs sur des aspects réglementaires ainsi que sur la structuration de fonds. Mme Jama a obtenu un Master 2 en droit des affaires à l’Université de Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne en 2019. Elle est également diplômée de Fordham University (New York) où elle a obtenu un LL.M. en droit bancaire, droit des sociétés et droit financier (2018).Mme Jama est admise aux barreaux de Paris et de New York.
