Maïssane Jama is a corporate associate and a member of the Funds/Investment Management Group. She is based in the Paris office.

Prior to joining Debevoise in 2023, Ms. Jama spent two years in the Luxembourg office of a Magic Circle firm, where she advised on fund-related regulatory matters as well as funds formation. Ms. Jama received a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2019. She is also a graduate of Fordham Law School where she holds an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law (2018).

Ms. Jama is a member of the Bar of the State of New York. She is currently being admitted to the Paris Bar. She is fluent in French and English.
