Marisa Demko is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Ms. Demko is experienced in structuring and negotiating complex transactions and advising on sophisticated governance matters. Her practice spans a wide range of public and private transactions across multiple sectors, including media/telecom, financial services, consumer goods, aviation and sports/entertainment.

Ms. Demko joined Debevoise in 2018. She received a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2018, and a B.A. magna cum laude from Purdue University in 2010.
