Marissa Baron is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. Baron joined Debevoise in 2019.

Ms. Baron received her J.D. cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law in 2019 and an M.B.A. with a concentration in interdisciplinary business from St. John’s University in 2019. Ms. Baron was an associate managing editor of the St. John’s Law Review. She received a B.S. magna cum laude from Binghamton University in 2014.

Ms. Baron is the author of “If It is Broken, You Should Not Fix It: The Threat Fair Repair Legislation Poses to the Manufacturer and the Consumer,” 92 St. John’s Law Review 331 (2018).
