Matthew Ryan is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Ryan joined Debevoise in 2021. He received a J.D. cum laude from Brooklyn Law School in 2021, where he was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society and the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. He received a B.B.A. with distinction from the University of Michigan. Prior to graduating law school, he worked in the financial services and health care industries.
