Milo Gordon-Brown is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Fund Transactions Groups.

Mr. Gordon-Brown joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2018 and completed his training in the London and Hong Kong offices. He received a B.A. (Hons) from St John’s College, University of Cambridge in 2016. He completed the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in 2017 and 2018, respectively.

Mr. Gordon-Brown is a co-author of “UK Proposals to Reform Listing Rules to Attract SPACs and Technology Companies,” Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance (May, 2021).

Mr. Gordon-Brown was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2020.
