Molly Maass is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Bankruptcy Litigation, Liability Management & Special Situations, and Investment Management Litigation Groups.
Ms. Maass joined Debevoise in 2017. From 2020 to 2021, she clerked for the Hon. Raymond J. Dearie of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Ms. Maass received a J.D. from NYU School of Law in 2017. During law school, Ms. Maass was a competitions advocacy editor on the Moot Court Board. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from Northwestern University in 2012.
Ms. Maass is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
