Debevoise Advises GSO Capital Partners in Its Formation of GSO Capital Opportunities Fund III, a $6.5 Billion Mezzanine Fund

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP advised GSO Capital Partners, the credit division of Blackstone (NYSE: BX), in connection with the formation of its third mezzanine fund, GSO Capital Opportunities Fund III, at its hard cap of $6.5 billion, making it one of the world’s largest mezzanine funds.

GSO Capital Partners LP is the global credit investment platform of Blackstone. With approximately $89 billion of assets under management, GSO is one of the largest alternative managers in the world focused on the leveraged-finance, or non-investment grade related, marketplace.
