Mr. Adler and Mr. Ahern were selected as top asset management attorneys under 40; Ms. Dankworth was named a banking law “Rising Star”; and Mr. Pastore was chosen as a leading Cybersecurity & Privacy lawyer under 40. These “Rising Stars” were selected from more than 1,200 nomination submissions.
Mr. Adler is a corporate partner in the firm’s New York office and member of the Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, including buyout, growth capital, energy, infrastructure and credit funds.
Mr. Ahern is a corporate partner in the firm’s New York office and member of the Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on advising sponsors in the formation of private equity funds and separate accounts (including buyout, energy and infrastructure, credit opportunities and funds of funds) as well as GP-led restructurings and other complex secondary transactions relating to private investment funds.
Ms. Dankworth is a litigation partner in the firm’s New York office and member of the firm’s Consumer Finance Group. Her practice focuses on banking enforcement actions and disputes related to financial services and consumer finance, including regulatory investigations conducted by the Department of Justice, state attorneys general and state banking regulators.
