Debevoise Advises American Airlines in Industry-Recognized Transaction

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP advised American Airlines in a transaction that has been recognized by transportation industry publication Global Transport Finance for its “pioneering Jolco structure.” Selected as the “Jolco Finance Deal of the Year: Americas” category winner at the 2017 Global Transport Finance Awards, this uniquely structured transaction marked the first time a U.S. airline was able to take advantage of Jolco financing.
