Debevoise Advises Alaska National Insurance Company in Its Acquisition by Copperpoint Insurance Companies

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Alaska National Insurance Company in its acquisition by Copperpoint Insurance Companies and the acquisition of its wholly owned subsidiary Alaska National Insurance Company (ANIC), an Alaska domiciled workers’ compensation and commercial insurance carrier.
