The team's work in a number of areas was praised by the judges. Highlights include representing OUTBermuda in European Court of Human Rights proceedings concerning LGBT individuals’ right to marry, as well as authoring the landmark “UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights at 10 – The Impact of the UNGPs on Courts and Judicial Mechanisms” report.
