Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising the management of Precision Medicine Group, LLC, a global provider of clinical research and biopharma commercialization services, in its approximately $2.25 billion sale to McKesson Corporation.

Following completion of the transaction, Precision Medicine Group will become part of McKesson’s Oncology & Multispecialty segment. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory clearances.
