Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Resolution Life on three reinsurance transactions across the UK, Japan and Hong Kong.

In the UK, Debevoise advised Resolution Life in its new UK Pension Risk Transfer, through its Bermuda reinsurance platform Resolution Re, with a leading UK insurer. Full details can be found here.

In Asia, Debevoise advised Resolution Life in a Hong Kong reinsurance transaction covering participating whole of life products, transferring market, policyholder behaviour and mortality risk.
