Rosamund Wood is a counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Insurance Group. Ms. Wood advises pension trustees, sponsors, insurers and reinsurers on de-risking transactions in the life insurance sector, including bulk annuities, longevity swaps, longevity and funded reinsurance.
