Rosamund Wood is a counsel in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Insurance Group. 

Ms. Wood advises pension trustees, sponsors, insurers and reinsurers on de-risking transactions in the life insurance sector, including bulk annuities, longevity swaps, longevity and funded reinsurance. She also advises pension scheme trustees and sponsors on a range of pensions and benefit matters, and on the pensions and benefits aspects of both domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.

Ms. Wood is ranked as a leading lawyer by Chambers & Partners UK (2026), which states “Rosamund is an amazing lawyer with excellent technical expertise.” She is also ranked as a Next Generation partner by Legal 500 UK (2026).
