Debevoise Expands Fund Finance Practice with Addition of Carolyn Sarif-Killea as Counsel

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP announced today that Carolyn Sarif-Killea has joined the firm’s New York office as counsel in the Fund Finance practice.

Ms. Sarif-Killea advises private funds and financial institutions on a broad range of fund financing transactions. Her experience includes subscription credit facilities, private equity NAV facilities, secondaries and credit fund NAV facilities, GP financings, asset-based financings, partner loan programs, acquisition financings, workouts and restructurings and other bespoke financing arrangements.

Ms. Sarif-Killea previously practiced in the New York office of another international law firm. She received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2018 and her B.A. magna cum laude with highest honors in Government from Harvard College in 2015.
