Carolyn Sarif-Killea is a counsel in the firm’s Fund Finance practice. Ms. Sarif-Killea represents private funds and financial institutions as both borrowers and lenders on a wide range of fund financing and structured financing transactions, including subscriptions lines and NAV facilities, rated feeders, and bespoke GP and LP liquidity solutions.
Ms. Sarif-Killea is the co-author of “Financing Secondary Fund Acquisitions” in Fund Finance Laws & Regulations 2026, published by Global Legal Group (January, 2026).
Ms. Sarif-Killea joined the firm in 2026. Prior to joining Debevoise, she represented both asset manager and operating company clients in a broad array of financing transactions at a prominent New York law firm. She received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2018 and a B.A. magna cum laude with highest honors in Government, Phi Beta Kappa, from Harvard University in 2015. Ms. Sarif-Killea a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
