The team regularly represents sponsors in a broad range of transactions, including subscription credit facilities, net asset value financings and other asset-based financings, hybrid facilities, management company liquidity facilities, GP financings, co-investment facilities, collateralized fund obligation transactions and rated feeder structures. The team also regularly represents lenders in net asset value financings and other asset-based financings and hybrid facilities.
