Carolyn Sarif-Killea is a counsel based in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Fund Finance practice. 

She advises private funds and financial institutions on a broad range of fund financing transactions. Her experience includes subscription credit facilities, private equity NAV facilities, secondaries and credit fund NAV facilities, GP financings, asset-based financings, partner loan programs, acquisition financings, workouts and restructurings and other bespoke financing arrangements. 

Ms. Sarif-Killea previously practiced in the New York office of another international law firm. She received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and her B.A. magna cum laude with highest honors in Government from Harvard College.
