Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Schneider Electric (EPA: SU) in antitrust and competition aspects of its agreement with Shelly Group and its two founding shareholders, Dimitar Dimitrov and Svetlin Todorov, for the acquisition by Schneider Electric of Shelly Group, a provider of IoT and smart building solutions, in an all-cash transaction valued at €1.2 billion.
The transaction is subject to successful completion of the public offer and to customary regulatory approvals. It is expected to close by Q1 2027.
