Nick Kagan is an English-qualified international counsel in the Corporate Department and works in the firm’s Investment Management Group, where he advises on institutional and independent sponsors of buyout, credit, real estate and infrastructure funds in connection with a broad range of matters, including fund formation and ongoing operational matters, co-investments, internal reorganisations and secondary transactions including end-of-life liquidity solutions. In addition, Mr. Kagan advises institutional investors in connection with their investments in various types of funds.

Mr. Kagan graduated in 2010 with a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Nottingham and went on to study at BPP school of Law, where he obtained his GDL in 2011 and his LPC in 2012. Mr. Kagan was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2014.
