Nicholas P. Pellicani is a corporate partner and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Banking Groups.
Mr. Pellicani joined Debevoise in 2011. Mr. Pellicani received a J.D. from St. John’s School of Law magna cum laude in 2011, where he also served as editor-in-chief of the St. John’s Law Review. He received a B.S. cum laude from Boston College in 2004.
His practice focuses on securities laws and capital markets transactions, as well as a broad range of corporate governance matters. He regularly represents issuers and sponsors in transactions such as initial public offerings, high-yield debt offerings, tender offers and private placements.
