Nicholas P. Pellicani is a corporate partner and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets and Banking Groups. He is recommended by The Legal 500 US (2023) and also noted in The Legal 500 UK (2024).
Mr. Pellicani joined Debevoise in 2011. Mr. Pellicani received a J.D. from St. John’s School of Law magna cum laude in 2011, where he also served as editor-in-chief of the St. John’s Law Review. He received a B.S. cum laude from Boston College in 2004.
His practice focuses on securities laws and capital markets transactions, as well as a broad range of corporate governance matters. He regularly represents issuers and sponsors in transactions such as initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, high-yield and other debt offerings, tender offers and private placements, with a particular focus on the U.S. and UK Markets.
