Olga Panfilova is an associate based in the London office and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department as well as the firm’s Finance Group.

Her practice focuses on financing transactions, including fund finance, leveraged finance, project finance and refinancings, as well as capital markets and general corporate law. 

Ms. Panfilova is recognised by The Legal 500 EMEA (2020), where she is appreciated by clients for being “smart and quick”. She is also recommended for banking & finance by Pravo.ru-300 (2021).

Ms. Panfilova joined the firm in 2015.

Ms. Panfilova graduated with honours from the Moscow State University, Faculty of Law, in 2015.

Ms. Panfilova is qualified to practice Russian law and was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2025. She is fluent in Russian and English.
