Patrick Dixon is an English-qualified associate and a member of the firm’s Finance Group. He advises corporations, private equity sponsors, funds and financial institutions on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisition financings, restructurings, refinancings, fund finance, asset finance and debt capital markets.
Mr. Dixon joined Debevoise in 2017 from the London office of a U.S. law firm and has spent time seconded to Debevoise’s New York office. He graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc in 2012 and went on to complete the GDL and the LPC (with distinction) at the University of Law in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
Mr. Dixon was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2016.
