Sam Bennett is a law clerk in the Litigation Department. Mr. Bennett joined Debevoise in 2024. Mr. Bennett received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2024, where he participated in the Project for Informed Reform Clinic and the Criminal Defense Clinic and was a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Law & Politics. He received a B.A. with distinction in history from Yale University in 2019. Before law school, Mr. Bennett worked as a legislative aide to a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.
