Sam Bennett is an associate in the Litigation Department.  

Mr. Bennett joined Debevoise in 2024. From 2025 to 2026, he clerked for the Hon. Anthony J. Brindisi of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Mr. Bennett received a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2024 and a B.A. with distinction in history from Yale University in 2019.

Before law school, Mr. Bennett worked as a legislative aide to a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.
