Sam Newman is a partner in the Restructuring Group. His practice focuses on representing companies and their owners in Chapter 11 cases as well as in out-of-court restructurings. He also advises technology, healthcare, life sciences, real estate and hospitality clients in a wide range of transactions involving distressed assets.
He received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2001 and his B.S. from Georgetown University in 1992.
