Sarah Wolf is litigation Counsel in the firm’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group. Her practice focuses on sensitive and internal investigations, regulatory defense and compliance advice.
In addition to her significant experience representing and advising corporate and individual clients, Ms. Wolf also has experience representing indigent clients in Federal criminal court following a secondment with the Federal Defenders of New York, and she devotes a significant amount of time to the pro bono representation of individuals on death row in Alabama. She also serves as the Chairwoman of the Action Board for Getting Out & Staying Out, a non-profit organization that aims to reduce recidivism.
Ms. Wolf previously clerked for the Hon. Kevin McNulty of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. She received a J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers School of Law Newark in 2008 where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. She received a B.A., cum laude, in English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000.
Ms. Wolf is a member of the Bars of New York and Connecticut.
