Saya Sharma is a senior corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups.
Ms. Sharma focuses on representing mid-market and upper mid-market private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in cross-border leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, GP stake sales, joint venture and co-investment transactions and management incentive plans. She has experience across a variety of industries including technology, healthcare and financial services.
Ms. Sharma joined Debevoise in 2025 having previously worked as a solicitor in another leading international law firm. Ms. Sharma received an LLB from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2012 and completed the Legal Practice Course in 2013.
Ms. Sharma was admitted as a solicitor to practice in England & Wales (Solicitor) as of 2016.
