Shane Haley is a law clerk in the Litigation Department.
Mr. Haley joined Debevoise in 2025. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2025, where he was a notes editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and a recipient of the Parker Certificate of Achievement in International and Comparative Law. He received a B.A. with honors from James Madison University in 2016.
Before law school, Mr. Haley served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps and worked in the Counterterrorism Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He continues to serve in the Marine Corps Reserve.
