Spencer K. Gilbert is a corporate partner and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He has experience with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and structured financings.

Mr. Gilbert joined Debevoise in 2013. Mr. Gilbert received a J.D. from Yale Law School in 2013, where he was an executive editor of the Yale Law & Policy Review. He received a B.A. summa cum laude from New York University in 2010, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
