Tingting Wu is an international counsel based in the Shanghai office. She is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department. Named in China Business Law Journal's A-List (2022) and recommended by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2021), Ms. Wu represents multinational companies and Chinese companies in a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investment in China, initial public offerings and compliance with U.S. securities laws and regulations.
Ms. Wu has extensive experience in representing multinational insurance companies. Ms. Wu also advises clients on compliance with the U.S. FCPA, and she supports the firm’s work on FCPA investigations involving business transactions in China.
Ms. Wu received her LL.M. in 2004 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and LL.B. and B.A. in 2003 from the University of Science & Technology of China. She is admitted to practise as an attorney in New York and qualified in the PRC. Ms. Wu’s native language is Mandarin, and she is fluent in English.

吴律师于2004年在宾夕法尼亚大学法学院获得法学硕士学位，并于2003年在中国科技大学获得法学学士和文学学士学位。吴律师为美国纽约州执业律师，并具备中国律师执业资格。吴律师的母语为中文且英语流利。
