Veronica Aroutiunian is a partner in Debevoise & Plimpton Europe, S.à r.l., the managing general partner of Debevoise & Plimpton (Luxembourg) SCS. She is a member of the firm’s Funds/Investment Management and Private Equity Groups.Ms. Aroutiunian advises clients on the regulatory and corporate aspects of structuring, establishing, operating and marketing Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles.She is an active member and contributor to key industry trade organisations, including the Luxembourg Investment Funds Association (ALFI) and the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA), where she regularly participates in initiatives focused on marketing, distribution, and the democratization of private assets.
