Yana M. Mereminsky is a corporate partner based in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Investment Management and Private Equity Groups. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds across a range of closed-end and open-end strategies, including buyout, middle market and credit funds. Ms. Mereminsky’s recent experience includes acting for clients such as KKR, Crescent Capital and TCW.
Ms. Mereminsky joined Debevoise in 2015. She received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2015, where she was also the executive online content editor on the Journal of Law and Gender. She received a B.A. summa cum laude from The Ohio State University in 2012.
