Yinan Xuan is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group.

Mr. Xuan received a J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School, where he was an articles editor for the Cornell Law Review. Mr. Xuan received an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from University of International Relations.

Mr. Xuan joined Debevoise in 2024 from another leading international law firm. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.

Mr. Xuan is fluent in English and Mandarin.
