Yinan Xuan is a registered foreign lawyer (New York) based in the Hong Kong office and is a member of the firm’s Investment Funds and Investment Management Group.
Mr. Xuan received a J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School in 2021, where he was an articles editor for the Cornell Law Review. Mr. Xuan received an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016 and a B.A. from University of International Relations in 2015.
Mr. Xuan joined Debevoise in 2024 from another leading international law firm. He is a member of the Bar of the State of New York.
Mr. Xuan is fluent in English and Mandarin.
