Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised OCS Group International Limited (“OCS”), a global facilities services business and CD&R portfolio company, in the financing and competition aspects of its recommended acquisition of Mitie.
The proposed acquisition values the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Mitie at approximately £3.1 billion.
Completion is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Rule 2.7 announcement (here), including approval by Mitie’s shareholders and regulatory approvals.
