Zachary Davidson is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group and Private Fund Transactions team. His practice is focused on representing private equity sponsors, secondary investors and institutional limited partners in connection with a variety of private equity-focused investment strategies, including secondary transactions, co-investment transactions and complex liquidity solutions.
Mr. Davidson joined Debevoise in 2025. He received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, and earned an M.B.A., with Dean’s Honors and Distinction, from Columbia Business School in 2022. At Columbia Law School, Mr. Davidson was an editorial staff member for the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review and volunteered as a “JD/MBA Pro Bono Scholar” with Start Small Think Big. Mr. Davidson earned a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2018, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Davidson is admitted to the bar in New York.
