Experience
Cédric Teissier, associate in our Paris office, is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department and investment management group. His practice focuses on private equity fund formation in Europe and the United States, including funds of funds, leveraged buyout and venture capital funds. Mr. Teissier also advises a broad range of institutional investors in international private equity funds.
Mr. Teissier joined the firm in 2005. He studied at the University of Aix-Marseille III, where he received a J.D in Business Law summa cum laude (2001) as well as a DESS-DJCE in International Business Law and a Magistere Degree in Business Law, Tax and Accountancy summa cum laude (2002). He also holds an LL.M from Cornell Law School (2003).
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Teissier worked for two years in the private equity team at S.J. Berwin in Paris.
Mr. Teissier is a member of the New York Bar (2004) and the Paris Bar (2005). He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Teissier is fluent in French and English.
