Albert Qian is a law clerk in the Tax Department.
Mr. Qian joined Debevoise in 2025. He received a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2025, where he was an articles editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change. He received an M.S. and B.A. from the University of Southern California in 2020.
