Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised HarbourVest Partners ("HarbourVest") in its role as manager of co-investor funds in the recommended cash offer for Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma"), valuing the company at approximately £1,015 million.

The offer has been made by Bradbury Bidco Limited, a newly incorporated entity formed by funds managed and/or advised by Epiris GP III Limited for the purpose of making an offer for Gamma.

The transaction is expected to complete in the first half of 2027, subject to the satisfaction, or where applicable, waiver of the conditions.
