Amy Pereira is a corporate associate and member of the Capital Markets and Public Company Advisory Groups. Her practice focuses on securities laws, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters.
Ms. Pereira is a frequent author on legal developments related to corporate governance and securities regulations. Ms. Pereira joined Debevoise in 2022. From 2019 to 2021, she was an attorney in the Equity Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions team of a leading law firm in Australia. Ms. Pereira received an LL.B. with Honors and a B.Com from Monash University in 2018.
Ms. Pereira is admitted to practice in Victoria (Australia) and is a member of the New York Bar.
