Jillian Wright is a corporate partner and member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group and Asset Management Group, where she advises private equity firms, corporate clients, senior executives, asset managers, banks and other financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions and other significant corporate transactions across industries. Her sector experience spans financial services, healthcare, technology, consumer products, entertainment, mining and industrials, among others. She has extensive experience representing clients in domestic and cross-border M&A, carve-outs, minority investments, consortium deals, and strategic partnerships.

Ms. Wright is a contributing author to Debevoise’s MarketCheck, a periodic M&A report.

Ms. Wright joined Debevoise in 2021. Before joining the firm, Ms. Wright practiced in Toronto and New York at another leading law firm. Ms. Wright received a J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2015, graduating first in her class. She received a B.A honors, with distinction, from Queen’s University in 2012.
