Jillian Mulroy is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industries.

Ms. Mulroy joined Debevoise in 2021. Before joining the firm, Ms. Mulroy was a corporate associate at another leading law firm.

Ms. Mulroy received a J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2015, graduating with the highest academic standing in the J.D. program. She received a B.A honors, with distinction, from Queen’s University in 2012.
