Jillian Wright is a corporate partner and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her practice focuses on advising corporate clients and private equity firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other significant corporate transactions across a broad range of industries.
Ms. Wright joined Debevoise in 2021. Before joining the firm, Ms. Wright was a corporate associate at another leading law firm.
Ms. Wright received a J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2015, graduating with the highest academic standing in the J.D. program. She received a B.A honors, with distinction, from Queen’s University in 2012.
